Experience

  1. Feb 2024 – 2026

    Vice President, Enterprise Applications

    Cloudflare

    Led enterprise application strategy and delivery across the business technology portfolio — Finance, Sales, Revenue, Legal, Marketing, and People — in a SOX-compliant public company, with direct ownership of ERP, CLM, People/Payroll, and Go-To-Market systems.

    • Led the build of an Enterprise MCP server capability exposing scoped resources to AI agents through Cloudflare Access for Zero Trust governance — replacing service-account API keys with agentic permissions that enable cross-system reasoning (e.g. contract-to-PO traceability) without human handoffs.
    • Set the strategy to replace third-party CI/CD SaaS with in-house agentic CI/CD pipelines, retiring Copado and automating test and deploy across CRM, ERP, and Source-to-Pay.
    • Restructured the org into product-led pods aligned to value streams, with a dedicated Platform Engineering team building AI tooling for business and internal operations.
  2. Dec 2020 – Feb 2024

    Vice President, Engineering

    Diligent Robotics

    Led the engineering organization building the platform and software behind Moxi service robots operating alongside clinicians in hospitals. Owned Robotic & IT Operations, Platform Engineering, Software Engineering, and Field Application support.

    • Scaled robotic operations from a single hospital system in Texas to 32 hospital systems across the U.S.
    • Achieved SOC 2 Type 2 compliance within two years of standing up the Technology Operations & Security function.
  3. Feb 2019 – Dec 2020

    Advisor

    Corbin Solutions

    Advisory practice in technology due diligence, vendor management, and agile delivery (ISO 9001:2015 certified). For Clear Channel Outdoor, led the divestiture of technology procurement from iHeartMedia — negotiating 120+ new vendor agreements and overseeing a ServiceNow ITSM implementation and Workday integration.

  4. Dec 2016 – Jan 2019

    Vice President, Programming and Playback Systems

    iHeartMedia

    Modernized the stack and software running radio programming and digital playout for 865+ stations, owning architecture through deployment under SOX compliance. Built the programming and playout software delivery organization from scratch and standardized agile and product practices for iHeartTech.
